Let us configure our machine with the following information.

IP Address = 192.168.1.10
Netmask = 255.255.255.0
GATEWAY=192.168.1.1
DNS Server 1 = 192.168.1.1
DNS Server 2 = 8.8.8.8
Domain Name = owlabz.local

cat /etc/resolv.conf

Generated by NetworkManager
